1. About These Terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to all products, programmes, and services offered by EFT Tapping Room ("I", "me", "my"), operated by Hayley Embleton, based in the UK. By purchasing from or booking with EFT Tapping Room, you agree to these terms.

2. Products & Programmes

I currently offer the following:

• The Social Soother Series (free lead magnet)
• The Meeting Rescue Kit (£37 digital product)
• The Inner Confidence Switch™ (1:1 coaching programme, £1,197 or 3 monthly payments of £449)

Additional products may be added over time and will also be covered by these terms.

3. Payments

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorise the relevant payment.

For the Inner Confidence Switch™ payment plan, you agree to three consecutive monthly payments of £449. If a payment fails, I'll be in touch to resolve it, but continued access to the programme is subject to payments being up to date.

Payments must be made at least 24 hours before the start of the session.

4. Refund Policy

I want you to feel completely confident in your investment.

Digital products (including The Meeting Rescue Kit and any other digital purchases):

If you're not happy with your purchase, please message me within 72 hours and I'll refund you in full, no questions asked.

The Inner Confidence Switch™ 1:1 Coaching:

If, after our first session together (within 14 days), you decide this isn't the right fit, I'll refund you in full minus the cost of that first session, no questions asked.

After the first session (after 14 days), fees are non-refundable, as significant time, preparation, and personalised resources have been invested in your programme.

5. Personal Use Only

All products, recordings, videos, and materials purchased from EFT Tapping Room are for your personal use only. Please don't share, redistribute, or reproduce them.

6. Results Disclaimer

I am genuinely committed to supporting you, and I've seen real, meaningful change in the women I work with. However, I can't guarantee specific results because everyone's journey is different.

Your progress depends on many factors, including where you're starting from, how consistently you engage with the tools and sessions, and what's going on in your life at the time. The experiences and results shared by previous clients are real, but they are not a promise of what you'll experience.

EFT Tapping, Hypnotherapy, and Matrix Reimprinting are powerful, evidence-informed tools, and they work best when you show up for yourself and commit to the process.

7. Health & Medical Disclaimer

EFT Tapping Room offers coaching and emotional wellbeing support. I am not a medical professional or licensed psychotherapist. I am an accredited EFT Practitioner, certified through EFT International, and I work within the scope of that accreditation.

If you are currently experiencing a mental health crisis, please seek support from a qualified medical or mental health professional. The Samaritans can be reached on 116 123 (free, 24/7).

8. Confidentiality

Everything you share with me is held in complete confidence, in line with my Confidentiality & Consent statement available on my website.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, frameworks, materials, recordings, and resources created by EFT Tapping Room remain my intellectual property. You're welcome to refer to your experience working with me, but please don't reproduce or repurpose my materials without written permission.

10. Website Disclaimer

My website is provided as it is, without guarantees of uninterrupted access or that every piece of information will always be completely up to date. I do my best to keep everything accurate and helpful, but I can't be held responsible for any technical issues or temporary unavailability.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, EFT Tapping Room shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of this website, my products, or my programmes. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.

12. Changes to These Terms

I reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date at the top. Your continued use of the website or purchase of products after any changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
