First we will have a chat about what’s been going on with you, what you are looking to achieve and get an idea of your ideal outcomes.  You can tell me as little or as much as you feel comfortable with. Your body will lead the way, at your own pace.

The miracle of tapping is that our bodies respond naturally and intuitively to the touchpoints we activate, illuminating areas or memories that could benefit from healing - and rewiring painful, or uncomfortable narratives so you can move forward using the combination of tapping and Matrix Reimprinting. The process is gentle and methodical - and it’s a journey of discovery and healing.

EFT is really easy to use - my aim is to empower you with the tools to cope with life's ups and downs, so that you can take these techniques away with you, or work with me when you need extra support, or a friendly guide.

I offer a 20 minute free consultation over the telephone.  We will explore what's been happening for you and I will explain how EFT and Matrix Reimprinting works.  This is a great opportunity for us to get to know each other.  You will have the chance to ask any questions and get a feel for whether we're the right fit to work together.
